The Mini Clubman is a compact car with a station wagon body, based on the Mini.

This rare luxury version differs from the classic Mini in its squared-off, elongated front and interior with redesigned seats and dashboard.

This Estate station wagon model is characterised by the presence of a simple adhesive strip on the body and a distinctive “barn door” rear hatch.

Fully original car, which has remained in Florence for most of its life.

The body is in overall good condition, original and unrestored, with signs of use.
A feeler gauge test showed that most of the car has the original paint.

The interior is original, with Tartan-textured faux-leather seats, including panels and steering wheel, with wooden gearstick in pure 1970s style.

The underbody has never been restored, however the floors are solid and any improvements are at the discretion of the new owner.

Mechanics to be overhauled, not in working order; we recommend an inspection before using it on the road.

Technical inspection expired in 2006; the car has remained unused in a garage until today.

Some repairs to be done on passing damages but limited to the usual critical points.

The feeler gauge test was carried out on the bodywork and showed no major accidents (as shown in photos).
