1951 MERCURY COUPE

This beautifully restored 1951 Mercury was completed back in 2001 and has been meticulously maintained since. Always stored in a climate-controlled garage, it has just under 50,000 miles since the restoration. Even though the original engine was deemed fine by the engine builder, it was fully rebuilt as part of the restoration process to ensure optimal performance.

The paint is stunning, rated 9 out of 10, and the panels are laser-straight, highlighting the exceptional quality of the restoration. All bright work has been professionally polished, and the bumpers have been replaced to restore its original shine. The restoration also included the replacement of wiring harnesses and suspension bushings, further enhancing the car's durability and reliability.

The car is equipped with a Vintage Air system (never charged), and the heat works excellently. It cruises comfortably at 60-65 mph with ease, offering a smooth, solid feel on the road. Shipping

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. I can cooperate with your shipper. This vehicle is advertised on other websites, so I have the right to end the auction early if it gets sold.

Payment

Please, be ready to buy when you click. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due when the auction ends. The final payment is due within 7 days after the auction ends. Balance is to be paid via bank wire or a certified bank cashier's check. Check will need to clear before the vehicle is released and the title is sent. The winning bidder needs to contact me within 24 hours of auction end to make payment arrangements. Please, arrange all financing prior to bidding. If you are not sure about anything, please don't assume - just ask. I'm very easy going and will help in any way I can, but, please, be absolutely sure that you are ready to buy when you bid. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
