These are the so-called "Flachkühler", the low grille which was only delivered on the V8 in 1970 and 1971.

This Mercedes with a beautiful design by Paul Bracq was originally delivered in California, it has a large part of its history in the original maintenance booklet.

The 280 SE 3.5 was resprayed in the past in the original light blue colour, it is still in very nice condition without rust or scratches. The light, ivory-coloured leather gives the car a very elegant look. The interior has minor signs of wear. The (tinted) glass all around is still in very good condition.

The engine turns well and the automatic gearbox and brakes work great. The bottom is in very neat condition.
