Mercedes models were always poorly motorised compared to others available on the American market. That is why Mercedes introduced the 560SL (BM107.048) in 1985. The 5.6L V8 engine (M117E52) produced 227 HP (4,750 rpm) and 366 Nm (4,000 rpm). This 560 model was only available for the American, Australian and Japanese markets.

This Mercedes is equipped with all the luxury options such as air conditioning, airbags, power windows, power locks, power steering, cruise control and a third brake light.

This Mercedes is in an original condition (the engine and transmission are both original). The car starts immediately, shifts through all gears and brakes properly. The interior is still in a neat condition, as shown in the photos, the leather interior looks gorgeous with the elegant 47 Arctic White paintwork (which is still in a neat condition, with the exception of a few small signs of wear) (in the original colour code). The soft-top was replaced in February 2021 by a new one and the hardtop is still in a very neat condition.
