The Mercedes models were always poorly motorised compared to others available on the American market. That is why Mercedes introduced the 560SL (BM107.048) in 1985. The 5.6L V8 engine (M117E52) produced 227 HP (4,750 rpm) and 366 Nm (4,000 rpm). This 560 model was only available for the American, Australian and Japanese markets.

This Mercedes is equipped with all luxury options such as air conditioning, airbags, power windows, power locks, power steering, cruise control and a third brake light.

This Mercedes is in original condition (the engine and transmission are both original). The car starts immediately, shifts through all gears and brakes properly. The interior is still in very neat condition as can be seen in the pictures, the leather interior looks beautiful with the 172 Anthracite Grey (Anthrazitgrau) paint (resprayed in the Netherlands in January 2021). The soft-top and hardtop are both in neat condition.

The engine bay looks very fresh and well maintained. The car was always well maintained by the previous owner, it had a minor service recently.
