Here is our 380SL for auction. The car is in very good condition as can be seen in the photos. It has beautiful dark tan leather seats and the entire interior is very good. Unusually, this SL is exceptionally registered as a 2+2 and has rear seats and belts with space for children; most SL's are 2 seaters.

The BODY is in very sound condition and without corrosion. The PAINT has a few small patches of ageing shown in the photos. Doors, trunk, and bonnet all operate perfectly as do the electric windows and central locking system. There is an original Becker radio/cassette player and electric aerial in working condition. There are no cracks to the dashboard or any part of the interior. There are 2 keys.

The original MB HARDTOP is included (matching numbers) and is in excellent condition; there is a small amount of glass delamination at the edge of the rear screen, photo. The canvas HOOD or SOFT-TOP is excellent and completely free of leaks. The rear windows of this hood are very clear and unscratched as the hood is always stowed carefully.

The original "mexican hat" ALLOY WHEELS were beautifully renovated and 4 new Dunlop tyres fitted in 2018. The car has driven ca 1,500 miles since. This car drives superbly and is very smooth to enjoy. The Controle Technique expires in July and will be renewed before delivery; validity then until July 2024.

MAINTENANCE: The car has driven about 200 miles since it had a full garage service in August 2020. There are garage receipts for all maintenance since 2018 and a near-complete service record and manuals.
On the down-side, the air conditioning does not operate and the trip-meter has failed - the odometer and speedometer are accurate.
