This beautiful Pagoda was first registered in Germany on the 8th of April 1965. In 1989, after a further 3 owners, the car was acquired by the vendor. In 1990, around 45,000 kilometers ago, the engine was overhauled. From 1997 to 1999 he had the coachwork and the interior completely restored. A photographic documentation as well as invoices for all the work are available. Upon moving to Switzerland he took the car with him and had it registered here. The 230 SL is equipped with an automatic gearbox as well as a hardtop in the same color as the car. The black soft top unfortunately has a tear caused by the top folding linkage and should be repaired or replaced. The last MOT was completed in September 2019.
