Beschreibung

This classic car is for sale on Catawiki. To have more information or to place a bid click on the "BID NOW" button. .Mercedes-Benz 300 CE 24V AMG 3.4 from 1991 in very good condition.

Authentic AMG Premerger (before the acquisition of AMG by Mercedes). You can check in the photo of the manufacturing order that shows that the car features the code 990 ‘AMG Version (complete vehicles)’ as an option.

There is also a picture of the VIN decoding included in which all the vehicle options are listed. Besides, there is a photo of the engine with the AMG engraving showing that it is an engine modified by AMG (namely, the number 258 of M104 type engines that was converted into a 3.4).

Therefore, this is not an aftermarket version, that is, prepared by AMG after the purchase. This car was bought at a Mercedes dealership with AMG preparation included (Mercedes sent it to AMG for preparation before delivering the car to the customer).

The car has been recently tuned and is newly painted, and all the rubbers have been replaced. There is no rust.

The front shock absorbers have been replaced with handcrafted ones made by Tecnoshock (shock absorbers supplier of the Spanish championship of passenger cars) and the rear ones, that were original BIlstein, could be renovated.

The 4 shock absorbers have not been replaced with 4 new ones because Bilstein does not currently have this model in stock (they are specific to this 3.4 AMG version; they are not like those of any C124 Mercedes).

The exhaust system has also been replaced with a handcrafted one. The car features original AMG Aero III rims, original AMG MOMO steering wheel and Recaro Classic original seats.

The electrical system of the seats should be checked, as only their longitudinal adjustment works. The aerodynamic kit is also the original one.

The car was imported from Germany to Spain in 1999. Since then, the car has only had one owner in Spain and the seller is the second owner since then. There is no maintenance book available, but, obviously, all documents are up-to-date.
