Built to commemorate the CLK’s success at the hands of Bernd Schneider after winning the 2003 DTM Championship, Mercedes-Benz announced a limited production run of just 100 examples of the CLK DTM Coupe, all of which were immediately spoken for by special clients.

At the heart of the CLK DTM is AMG’s supercharged 5.4 litre V8 engine, which produces 582 horsepower and 504 ft lb of torque - a mere 3 horsepower less than the 2017 AMG GTR. The CLK DTM is capable of reaching 0-60 in just 3.9 seconds and possesses a formidable top speed of 199 mph. Coupled with its powerplant is a five-speed semi-automatic ‘’AMG Speedshift’’ transmission controlled by paddles mated to the car's steering wheel. The car's suspension was meticulously designed for both road and track use, bearing an exceptionally comfortable ride despite its lightweight and race derived background. The installation of bigger brakes with ceramic discs, a mechanical limited-slip differential and tailored Electronic Stability Program were also gifted to the CLK DTM.

Much like its technical attributes, the CLK DTM’s design is extremely impressive, sharing a closely knit profile to that of the original race car. Its distinctive flared wheel arches, menacing deep front bumper and boot mounted rear wing accompany a conscientiously thought out lightweight interior, covered in carbon fibre.

This CLK DTM Coupe is one of just 40 constructed in right-hand drive and a handful delivered to the U.K. market. The car wears its original specification of Brilliant Silver over a black leather and alcantara interior, further complimented by an array of exposed carbon fibre. Much like its racing counterpart, the CLK DTM’s ‘racy’ ethos is conveyed with carbon fibre door skins, bucket seats and rear seat delete. The car also features an AMG racing steering wheel finished in black alcantara, four-point race harnesses and staggered 19’’ front and 20’’ rear lightweight split-rim wheels.

Having covered just 5,430 miles from new this cherished CLK DTM AMG presents superbly throughout. The car retains its original book pack, handbooks and service book stamped by main dealers only.
