Beschreibung

For 10 years Lamborghini’s flagship supercar was the Murcielago. It underwent a few design refreshes and birthed a small selection of specialised versions such as the SV and the 30th Anniversary edition. Its long-awaited replacement, the 2011 Aventador, went down as one of Lamborghini’s most audacious creations since the Countach materialised from the Miura. It was of course Lamborghini’s fastest car with thanks to its 700PS, 690Hp, 6.5L naturally aspirated V12, which launched it from 0-60 in 2.9 seconds up to 217mph. Whilst previous V12s were merely developments of their 60s design originated from the 3500GT, the Aventador’s engine was a completely new unit.

Whilst the Aventador spawned a long list of different versions, far more extensive than the Murcielago’s, it was the drama and hype of the original variant that will go down as one of Lamborghini’s classics. Titled ‘The best Lamborghini ever’ by Car And Driver and securing praises from countless other automotive magazines.

This 2012 Aventador LP700-4 is presented in stunning ‘Ballon White’, a metallic special paint that was a previous favourite on Murcielago and Gallardo models. This is contrasted with gloss black Iperione wheels, and a black and white leather interior to deliver a more eloquent approach to the Aventador’s persona . Additional options featured in this model include a Sensonum sound system and nose lift, alongside standard features such as Bluetooth, sat nav within the MMI with 7” TFT colour display, automatic rear spoiler, carbon ceramic brakes and Bi-Xenon headlights.

This car has been cherished and has had its initial service completed by Lamborghini, and since being in storage has been serviced recently by Universal Classic Cars. Alongside original receipts this car still has its genuine Lamborghini toolkit, with gloves, air compressor, tow hook and tools. It is also offered with two sets of keys, its original Handbook, Owner’s Guide, Roadside Assistance Booklet, Entertainment System Guide and stamped Warranty Book. Furthermore, it has only driven 3530 miles! With the later Aventadors getting more and more fussy in style and colour, now is the perfect chance to own a more elegant and cleaner example of Lamborghini’s legendary flagship supercar.
