This Jaguar XK140 DHC comes in a very beautiful color combination and has only covered 5000 km after being subject to a full body-off restoration. The car was imported into the Netherlands in 2012 by its current owner. Immediately it was brought to one off Hollands leading restoration companies. Body and chassis were seperated and both sandblasted. The body was done by highly skilled panel beaters, using new sheetmetal parts where necessary and paying close attention to the panel gaps. After being bolted to the chassis again it received its beautiful indigo Blue paint. The chassis was epoxy primed and finished in satin-gloss black paint, as were all other components of the suspension etc. All mechanical components were overhauled and after the rebuild of the car a complet new interior with blue mohair softtop was installed.

The result speaks for itself and after only 5000 km after restoration we are proud to offer you this car. The quality of the restoration shows from the way it performs. The engine with its matching C-type cylinderhead delivers impressive power and the gearbox with overdrive shifts smoothly and without any noises. Because of the drophead design with it’s wind-up windows and easy softtop it can be opened en closed within seconds if the weather changes. It makes it the ideal travelling partner for (continental) tours in all seasons.
