Beschreibung

GENERAL

Up for auction is a beautiful 1994 XJS convertible equipped with a 4.0 liter 6-cylinder engine with automatic transmission.
The Belgian owner of this car bought it in the Netherlands with a Dutch plate.
The car was imported from the US by the original Dutch owner.
The full history of the car is unknown, but there is a clean Carfax report available.
This car is the ideal choice for someone who can put in some minor repair work but above all provide some tenderness, love, and care for this automobile.

EXTERIOR

The exterior of the car looks very clean. The paintwork was completely renewed in the past.
The bumper shows a tiny rip of approximately 8 centimeters.
The aluminium rims are 100% original and are equipped with Goodrich tires. The chrome work looks great and has a beautiful patina.

INTERIOR

The dashboard shows no signs of sun damage and looks great. Door panels, seats, and steering wheel are all leather coated.
The original carpet under the driver’s seat is missing. The soft top doesn’t look new but is definitely still usable.
The odometer indicates 917000 miles.
Upon servicing all components, some minor technical issues were discovered: the heating squeaks, some of the lights are always active, and the temperature and oil pressure meters aren’t responding.

ENGINE

The car starts, steers, and brakes without effort.
Revisions and servicing haven’t been documented in the past, but our experience driving this XJS tells us is has been well-maintained in the past.

BODY

The underside of the body looks neat, as does the chassis. This Jaguar’s body will last for a long time to come.
