The Jaguar XJ-S, XJS for the third generation, was a GT-car by the British Jaguar. The XJ-S was introduced in 1975 as a replacement of the Jaguar E-Type.

THe XJ-S version came as a coupé and a convertible, but also as a rare XJ-SC, in other words the Targa. Since Jaguar only released the convertible version in 1988, a convertible version was made by Hess and Eisenhardt under licence from Jaguar. This Jaguar XJS is one of about 2,100 convertibles made by Hess and Eisenhardt, a true rarity.

The Jaguar is in neat condition. The car starts immediately and idles nicely at 900 rpm, and the automatic transmission shifts smoothly and properly through all gears. The Jaguar brakes properly and the engine compartment looks fresh and neat. The car has the original leather which is in very neat condition (see photos), original Jaguar spoke rims and a fresh soft-top. The car was always well maintained by the previous owner, they restored the car in 2006 for $7,052.

The car is offered with the original manuals, booklets and a stamped maintenance service record. There are also some other maintenance invoices (see photos).
