The attraction of a good 2004 Jaguar XJ8 4.2 is actually never a point of discussion. The cars drive divinely, are as strong as an ox and have a presence that is unsurpassed. What really does matter is the colour the car comes in. This car with just 41,846 kilometres on the clock has a Zircon Blue Metallic finish complimented by a Dove Grey leather interior. All that power is transferred through a 6-speed automatic as one simply would not dream of manually shifting gear in such an aristocratic British car. With the aluminium chassis and bodywork the car weighs in at a surprisingly modest 1790 kg and is more nimble than you expect in first instance. Both the well performing brakes and suspension contribute greatly to the overall level of comfort.

You are left in no doubt that this is quite a luxurious limousine from the moment you get in. The audio system is of high quality, the climate control is fully automated, there are electrically adjustable seats, of course there is the handsfree phoning option, the Xenon lights come on automatically, there is cruise control and a fine Jaguar clock adorns the dashboard.

The car comes complete with a full car wallet and is in brilliant overall condition. This car is particularly interesting for the self employed in the Netherlands as they qualify for Youngtimer benefit. Which ever way you look at it this is a brilliant Jaguar XJ 4.2 from the time you did not have to feel embarrassed about driving a huge V8.
