We have a wonderful 1963 Jaguar MK2 3.8 available. In 1997 a Jaguar MK specialist completed a commission to fully restore, mechanically overhaul and upgrade. The restoration was photographed and is accompanied by an enormous amount of invoices. The fine bodywork is straight with perfect fitting body panels. The fine interior trim is in good order. Even after the full restoration, the last owner continued to keep the Jaguar in excellent order for over 23 years. He only made use of either the original restorer, a Jaguar dealer or another Jaguar specialist. The engine was completely rebuilt in 2008. Invoices in excess of €17,000 relating to the rebuild are present. In every aspect this MK2 is now in outstanding condition. A short summary of the upgrades include: more comfortable XJ front seats, power steering, external oil cooler, electric cooling fan, Moto-Lita steering wheel, three-point rear seatbelts, 5-speed gearbox, a modern ac/dc alternator, electronic ignition, stainless steel exhaust system, rear disc brakes and chrome wire wheels, to name but a few items. In summary this is a wonderful and mechanically perfect MK2 with a special finish!
