The Jaguar E-type series 3 has of late become more and more a well loved British classic. Not surprising considering that the Series 3 is the best of the bunch. This 1974 E-type is in excellent condition. It has a 5.3 Litre V12 engine delivering 313 Hp coupled to a 4-speed manual gearbox. This car has always been treated with respect and has been well maintained, so she has never needed to be fully restored. It was first registered in 1974 and 20 years later in 1994 it arrived in the Netherlands. For purely cosmetic reasons she has been re-sprayed. The paintwork is therefor in very good condition with only a few minor blemishes. The fine bodywork has nice and thin, correctly aligned panelwork. The recently replaced hood is still pristine. It is easy to use and is a secure fit. The red leather interior trim is original and has developed a nice patina over the years; something money can’t buy. The dashboard is in similar fine condition with all instruments in working order. It has been serviced and maintained by specialists. There are invoices detailing this going back to 2010. When turning the key it immediately becomes obvious what a smooth running and great sounding V12 this is. The transmission is supple and precise. It is difficult to imagine you are in a 46 year-old car when you are behind the wheel. This is top-down driving as it should be! Get ready for a ride that only a V12 Jaguar can give!
