The 1935 Hillman Minx Tourer Convertible is an open variant of the Hillman Minx produced by the British car manufacturer Hillman. It was a two-door convertible with a manually folding soft top. The Hillman Minx was a popular car in the United Kingdom and beyond, and was known for its reliability and dependability. The car had a four-cylinder engine with an output of about 30 horsepower and had a top speed of about 85 km/h. The 1935 Hillman Minx Tourer Convertible was a relatively exclusive car produced in limited numbers. It was an elegant and stylish car with many distinctive details such as the striking radiator grille and beautifully shaped fenders. The car was especially appreciated for its excellent driving characteristics and its comfortable interior. The production numbers of the 1935 Hillman Minx Tourer Convertible are not exactly known, but it is known that it was produced in limited numbers. The production of this exclusive car took place at the Rootes factory in Ryton-on-Dunsmore, England. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us.
