We have a wonderful 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback in great condition on offer, These words are not ours but those of a number of independent juries who awarded the car quite a few prizes. Recently the car has had a top-level restoration and has been perfectly maintained since. The restoration was carried out with a keen eye to the car’s originality. The bodywork has lovely thin, correctly aligned panelwork. The car was resprayed in her original “Nightmist Blue” finish. The good quality paintwork is still in fine condition.

The blue exterior is complimented by its lovely interior trim of light-blue vinyl seating and carpets. The interior trim was completely reupholstered during the restoration and remains in wonderful condition. Furthermore a few things catch your eye; the instrument cluster with extra counters and the fact there are three floor pedals. This car has the popular manual 4-speed gearbox.
The transmission is attached to optional 225 PS strong 5.7 litre V8 engine. This more than powerful engine runs fantastically well thanks to a complete engine overhaul in 2016. The previous owner spent over $ 13,500.- in keeping this Ford Mustang in peak condition. The gearbox action is precise and thanks to the excellent maintenance the suspension and brakes are up to their respective tasks. This car therefore not only drives great but also is an absolute joy to travel in. For real aficionados there is the pleasure of all that properly documented paperwork to warm you even more to this car. There are various books and manuals present, various prizes, the original owner’s manual, invoices relating to the maintenance and to top it all a file containing original 1966 brochures.
