Fifty years after starring alongside Steve McQueen in the iconic movie “BULLITT,” Ford decided to salute the 1968 movie car with the 2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt. The new Bullitt is equipped with a 5.0L V8 that produces 475 BHP and 420 lb.-ft. of torque, all delivered via a 6-speed manual transmission, which is the only transmission offered for this car.

This specific Ford Mustang Bullitt, from June 2019, salutes the car from the movie with its Dark Highland Green exterior colour. The subtle chrome accents on the outer edges of the black wheels, which come standard with Michelin Pilots Sports, grille and windows are also accents that pay tribute to Steve McQueen’s car. On the rear center you can find a circular gas cap Bullitt logo. The interior is equipped with black leather Recaro seats with contrasting green stitching. Below the 12-inch LCD digital instrument cluster you can find the gear shifter with the iconic cue ball shift knob. Additional options that make this car more comfortable to drive are the Bang & Olufsen sounds system, Active Cruise Control and the MagneRide Damping System, which responds 1.000 times per second for each damper to balance and smoothen the ride. Stopping power is provided by Brembo Brakes accented by red brake calipers.
