Winner of the 2013 St. Mary’s Trophy Pro’s race with Tom Kristensen, setting what is understood to be the fastest ever time for a St. Mary’s Trophy car around Goodwood at 1:29.8.

The handling of the Galaxie belies its size and weight. Lively and communicative, it dances on the throttle and surprises many a more modern racing car on track. The punch from the torque of the engine impresses all, including the three time Le Mans 24 Hours winner Lotterer, who could be heard laughing with amusement over the sound of the big-block V8 when sampling the Galaxie for the first time.

Benefitting from the engine currently having only completed one test since rebuild, and importantly accompanied by an extensive spares package including a fresh spare engine and another 1963½ Galaxie 500 XL Fastback rolling chassis amongst many other parts, and with 2016 FIA HTPs.

Eligible for a number of competitive series including Masters Pre-’66 Touring Cars and the HRDC, touring many of the great events such as the Silverstone Classic and Spa 6 Hours. The Galaxie is also road registered in England, opening up the possibility of tours and rallies such as the Tour Auto.
