Beschreibung

- The Zagato Coachworks has just celebrated its Centenary, an important milestone achieved by Andrea Zagato who represents the third generation of the family. Zagato Coachworks has designed some of the most beautiful and historically important sports cars ever produced, including the Alfa Romeo TZ and Aston Martin DB4 Zagato. However, like many other coachbuilders of the time, they also worked on more popular cars, often providing customisation (or special series) on a large-scale production model. In addition to the pleasure of owning something special, being supplied through a coachbuilder allowed the owner to skip the usually long waiting lists of production models.
- The Zagato Type L version, with, in addition to the standard Zagato equipment adopted on the Type E, chromed spoke wheel covers, spray windscreen washers, magnetic ashtrays, licence plate frames and replacement of the front position lights with indicator lights and repeaters on the sides. The interior also features a two-tone trim.
- Registered in May 1956, in Milan, it entered the current collection at the end of the 1990s, when it was completely restored both in terms of bodywork (which has maintained the correct two-tone combination), interior and mechanics. There is a list of the mechanical work carried out. Never used since. Various accessories of the time fitted and complete with the characteristic details of Zagato preparation.
- In excellent condition, both inside and outside.
- Cancelled from circulation at the end of the 1990s, when it was still equipped with the BN 83xx number plate, issued in October 1969. A photocopy of the original logbook is available.
- Almost unobtainable, even less so in this condition a truly small Zagato.
