Intended as a successor to Ferrari’s earlier Berlinetta Boxer series, the Testarossa launched in 1984 to great fanfare. While similar to the outgoing 512 BBi at first glance—chiefly due to its wedge shape, dictated by the position of the rear-mid-mounted engine—the Testarossa went one step further, with sleek Pininfarina-penned lines and a marked increase in power.

This Testarossa is a Swiss delivery example that was first registered in August 1991. The car was exported to the Czech Republic in 2014, and was later acquired by the consigning owner and joined The Timeless Collection. Seldom used, its odometer read 371 kilometres at the time of cataloguing. This Testarossa presents as an untouched example, and as such the car has likely never been serviced since leaving the factory. It is highly unlikely that another time-warp example like this will be offered at auction.
