About this Collectable

The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano has (almost) the same V12 as the legendary Enzo. So you have the enormous amount of power and the addictive sound, but in a stylish GT. This Daytona Nero example was originally delivered in the Netherlands and has less than 31,000 km on the odometer.

Buying a Ferrari Enzo is not that easy. So what do you do if you still want the power of an Enzo under your right foot? Exactly, you go for the 599 GTB. Because with its F140C engine, it has almost the same engine under the hood as the Enzo. And that makes it fast. Very fast.

In terms of design, the 599 GTB is a true work of art. The bodywork had to do more than just be beautiful. The assignment given to the designers at Ferrari was to build the car with optimum airflow and with as little resistance as possible. They managed to make the whole car act like a spoiler. And of course they did that the Ferrari way, with the characteristic wings at the c-pillars as a unique design element. This results in stable handling, even at speeds well above 300 km/h (the 599 runs 330 km/h according to the brochure).

This black example manages to attract a lot of attention without being too conspicuous. Especially when you hear the sound of the V12. The current owner likes this so much that we had to test the radio during the photo shoot. It hadn't been turned on for 3.5 years.

The car was originally delivered in the Netherlands in 2008. Since then it has driven just under 31,000 km.

Remarks

There are some traces of use, belonging to a car of 13 years old and recorded in the photos:
Slight damage on both exterior mirrors
Slight damage on the bottom of the front bumper on the right side
Shallow scratch on the front bumper on the left.
The plastic coating of the shift lights on the steering wheel is peeling off a bit
The stickers in the door frame and under the hood are slightly loose, known 'problem' with this Ferrari

May 15, 2020 - 28,562 km - Annual service (including engine oil change, windscreen wiper blades replaced)
August 12, 2019 - 27,640 km - Tire pressure sensors + Tire pressure sensors control unit replaced
