The 575M was introduced in 2002 after the six-year production run of the 550 Maranello. A return to form for the prancing horse, this platform was the first front-engine, V-12, two-seat grand tourer from Ferrari since the celebrated 365 GTB/4 Daytona. The Pininfarina-bodied car maintains the classic long hood, short deck proportions of older Ferrari GTs, while also featuring throwback details such as the front hood intake scoop.

Ferrari gave the model a thorough refreshing inside and out. Beginning with the engine, displacement was increased from 5.5 liters to 5.7 by increasing the stroke and bore of the Tipo F133E engine to 89 × 77 millimeters. The result was a power increase to 509 horsepower and 434 foot-pounds of torque, up from the 550’s 478 horsepower. With this additional grunt, a top speed of 202 mph became attainable along with a moderately decreased 0–60 time of 4.2 seconds. Larger brakes were installed to help reign in the added speed, along with an adaptive suspension set up that communicated with the gearbox in order to minimize pitch change during shifts.

Chassis ZFFBT55B000127780. Excellent original example supplied new via Testarossa Cars of Madrid in Spain on April 2002 to an important Ferrari client. Finished in the timeless colour combination Rosso Corsa with pelle Nera, 127780 remained in the same ownership until 2015 before it was acquired by the actual second owner. It has always been maintained according to schedule at authorized Ferrari dealers and comes with its full service records. With just 55.000 original km, 127780 was never repainted and is therefore accident free.
Very few 575M cars can today pretend to be presented in such exceptional original condition, with impeccable dossier and all original set of books, tools and spare key.
