Chassis n° 09983

- Carefully maintained, with 24,000€ of invoices since 2014

This 330 Gran Turismo Coupé Pininfarina, chassis number 09983, was assembled in the Ferrari factories in Maranello in May 1967. The elegant coupé left the factory in the same combination of colours as it has today, an elegant 'Verde Chiaro' with 'Pella Nera Franzi' black leather interior. It was equipped with air-conditioning as an option. This was the 246th example produced, given the Pininfarina body number C0280. In June 1967, the car was delivered to Motor S.A.S., the Ferrari agent in Rome, selling shortly afterwards to its first owner, and registered 'Roma A 76103'.
The car remained in Italy until 1976 when it was exported to the United States, like many Ferrari at that time. It was repainted red and found its way to Pennsylvania. At the start of the 1980s, the car sold to a Ferrari collector through Auto Palace, when the mileage was less than 40 000 km. In the spring of 1989, it was acquired by a buyer from Turin, later going to Belgium where it remained until the end of the 2000s. At this time, the car was shown at the Belgian Ferrari Club 35th anniversary meeting and featured in the magazine Cavallino.
In 2010, at 59,900 km, our GTC underwent a major restoration in Italy. The exterior was meticulously prepared and repainted the original colour, Verde Chiaro, and the trim and chrome-work were refurbished. The engine was also rebuilt, along with the transaxle, suspension and brakes. It was then bought
by an Italian collector living in Padua in 2011.
This Ferrari has retained its original engine and gearbox, as confirmed by the Ferrari Classiche certificate. It is presented with a lovely patina suggesting the mileage on the odometer could be original. Our Parisian collector has owned the car since 2014 and driven it regularly since then. It has been maintained by RPM and later by Ferry Développement. The present owner has covered around 4,500 km in the car, ensuring it continues to run smoothly and maintaining it carefully, regardless of the cost, spending some 24 000 € on his Ferrari since 2014.
Well documented, this 330 GTC comes with its Ferrari Classiche certificate, a history report by Marcel Massini, copies of the factory build sheets, a photographic file of the restoration, maintenance bills and a compression test report. Complete with its tool kit, this understated and elegant coupe, in its stunning original colour, is also capable of transforming into a genuinely sporting Ferrari when driven at a sustained pace.
