This early production 330 GTC #8821 has remained under single family ownership from 1977-2020. Originally delivered painted Rosso (burgundy) with Nero (black) interior through official dealer Motor S.a.s Carla Allegretti in Rome, Italy. The first owner was Elettronica S.r.l in Rome, Italy (purchased Sept/1966. Imported in late 1966 by Luigi Chinetti Motors in Greenwich, CT. in 1974 owner identified as James L Kauman of Greenbay, WI. November 30, 1974 advertised in Auto Week magazine, page 26 by John Lennen of Seattle, Washington described as "late 1966 burgundy paint, 25,000 miles, Campagnolos, flawless interior, mechanically perfect" (Washington License Plate found in the car). January 31, 1976 advertised again by John Lennen now of Alta, Utah described as "burgundy, 30,000 miles, alloy wheels, radar snooper, very clean mechanically perfect". Then sold to John Boddie Sr. of Altadena, CA who put it into long-term storage. Last road registered in 1987 on a California blue plate this 330GTC is the ideal example to lightly restore or service to road readiness.

• Being sold on a California title marked Salvage – Story goes, a the car had a large dent on the driver side door and rocker and it was decided by the owner to total it and keep the car and insurance check to repair it himself. Note: both doors are original as stamped with "019" the PininFarina Assembly sequence number.
