Beschreibung
Delivered new in Paris, France in 1972 by Charles Pozzi, this Dino 246 GT presents a compelling and well-documented history.
Between 2008 and 2010, the car underwent a comprehensive, fully documented restoration carried out by Carrosserie Lecoq in Paris, widely regarded as one of France’s most respected restoration specialists. The work was completed to a high standard and has aged exceptionally well.
While early ownership records prior to 2007 are not available, the car is understood to have remained in France from new until 2017. From 2007 to 2017, two French owners are formally documented. The vehicle was subsequently imported into Switzerland in 2017 and has since had two Swiss owners, the current custodian having acquired it in 2021.
This desirable E-Series 246 benefits from a coherent provenance as well as Swiss ‘Veteran’ status. It remains in meticulous condition following its restoration. Having been regularly exercised as part of a carefully managed collection under our supervision at Klausen, we are fully confident in both its mechanical integrity and cosmetic presentation.
The car has been serviced and inspected on a yearly basis, with routine mechanical checks and preventative maintenance carried out accordingly.
