This Citroën DS D Super 5 delivered new in France has clearly never had to work very hard. The mileage for this copy is therefore only 33,270 kilometers demonstrable. It seems as if the barely 33,270 kilometers have been driven in two trips because the car seems completely unused.

The Citroen comes from its second owner who has owned it for 28 years. It seems like a lot of money for a DS, but if you see what perfect condition this copy is in, you can only say that restoring it yourself is more expensive and will not bring this result. The bodywork is therefore in perfect condition.

However, the body was cosmetically repainted about 16 years ago. The sheet metal is nice and thin everywhere and the fits are perfect. That is of course exactly as you would expect, what is also striking is that the doors all have the correct notches at the place where the metal was punched during production.

The interior is completely original. The steering wheel, the carpets, the controls, we can be short about it or tell a lot about it, but the bottom line is that everything is in original condition. This is without a doubt the most beautiful DS D Super 5 currently on the market, both outside and inside in really super original condition.
The engine compartment shows that this is a car that has always had a very simple life. The rims on which the car stands are all in good condition and the tires also have the correct dimensions. The car is not only beautiful to look at, but also has its original maintenance booklets stamped by the dealer and manual and its original folder.

You can search until you weigh an ounce, it will not be possible to find a more beautiful Citroën DS D Super 5 in such a beautiful original, preserved condition. All in all, what is being reviewed here seems too good to be true. An absolute gem for the serious Citroën enthusiast.
