Delivered new in December 1987 by the Filbrocks establishments located in Klippan, Sweden, this Citroën CX 25 GTI underwent a first service in February 1988, when the mileage was 5 km. Its maintenance log shows its history and to note that, during the service of May 28, 1990, carried out in the same garage, it had covered only 19,950 km. The following stamp dates from November 8, 2018, at 36,184 km, and reflects a change since this time the service was carried out by the CX Basis garage in Graben-Neudorf, Germany. Six months later, on April 8, 2019, the same garage stamped the mileage of 37,244 km. Today, the car displays 44,400 km. Thanks to this meticulous maintenance and this highly measured use, this car is in a superb state of preservation, with its paintwork probably original. It comes with its period logbooks and manuals, in Swedish. The CX 25 GTI was Citroën's top of the range and, with its 2.5-litre engine producing nearly 140 bhp DIN, this cruiser could top 200 km/h in legendary comfort, thanks to its hydropneumatic suspension. At its time it hardly had any equivalent and, even today, it surprises with its driving qualities. This is all the more true with a well-preserved example like this one.
