Introduced as the successor to the C1, this 1966 Chevrolet Corvette C2 really looks fabulous with its Milano maroon metallic paint, black interior with a Radio, double exhaust and knockoff wheels with Gold line tires mounted. This is a matchingnumbers Corvette C2.
These second generation Corvettes were the first ones to contain the iconic pop-up headlights. C2's also contain typical aerodynamic characteristic slits in their bodywork, which look like the gills of a stingray. hence the nickname Sting Ray.
Dive into the history of this Vette with a lot of original documents. It was sold on 22nd of June '66 in Bridgeport, Connecticut and made its first miles in the state of New York.
