"The first generation M6 was critically acclaimed throughout its lifespan for its elegant, aggressive 'shark-nose' styling, luxury equipment and performance. A top speed of 158mph made the European M635CSi the second fastest BMW ever built, next to the M1. The new BMW M6 Concept made its debut at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. It shared the same 5.0 litre, V10 engine and SMG III gearbox as the E60 M5 and produced 500bhp. BMW claimed it accelerated from 0-62 mph in 4.4 seconds. In February 2006, Road and Track measured the 0-60mph time as 4.1 seconds. The top speed was limited to 155mph however, it was reported that the de-limited top speed was 205mph with the optional M-driver's package.
This stunning M6 is finished in silver with black, full extended, Merino leather upholstery and was first registered on 14th January 2006 costing in excess of £80,000 from new. Purchased from BMW Stratstone and owned until 2011 when our vendor purchased the car from his boss, the car at this point had been serviced through the BMW network only and was described as immaculate.
