EXTERIOR
Finished in its factory colour of Alpine White the body work of this E92 M3 track car presents very well, with no noteworthy imperfections. The addition of the carbon fibre roof, rear wing, KSB font spoiler and side skirts provide a clear variation from the clear lines of standard E92 and make this car instantly identifiable as something a little bit special.

Produced for renowned Palmer Sport facility, it is one of just ten examples built to their exacting specifications of performance, safety and reliability.

INTERIOR
The stripped-out interior features a red, full bolt in roll cage which consumes the entire rear of the car. Lightweight BMW Performance racing seats upholstered in alcantara provide contoured support and remain in brilliant condition as does the flat bottom steering wheel trimmed in alcantara. The TRS 4-point harnesses is also in place to provide maximum security if ever required.

The weight saving approach has been continued with the carpets, sound deadening, handbrake, and glove compartment removed and the door cards replaced with carbon fibre. Thankfully the interior has retained a few features such as the AC and sat nav to make driving the car on the road comfortable all year around.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
As an ex-Palmer Sport car, the tuned S65 V8 masterpiece now produces 445 bhp and has been de-restricted to reach a maximum speed of 185 mph.

The custom BTB exhaust paired with the V8 produces a truly commanding note and the 7 speed DTC gearbox handles the new found power with ease, shifting seamlessly and rapidly when required.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The 18 inch M3 alloys are finished in anthracite, in keeping with the numerous carbon additions both inside and outside of this track special. They present in faultless condition, with no marks or chips visible.

The wheels are clad in a matching set of Michelin Pilot Sport tyres and the brakes are AP Racing front and rear; they are equipped with Pagid Endurance compound pads with plenty of depth left all round.

HISTORY FILE
The M3 was supplied by and registered to BMW UK Limited in April 2012. This E92 M3 GTP is one of just ten track cars that was built specifically for Palmer Sport to use at their race car driving facility and remained with Palmer Sport until 2015 when their fleet of E92’s were replaced by new M4s. These cars were serviced and looked after with no expense spared to ensure they worked without problem or fault for their visiting clients.

The car is fully road legal so it can easily be driven to and from any track day events with ease. The V5C shows just two owners from new.
