The E21 was revolutionary for its time. It introduced the distinctive driver-oriented dashboard, a design philosophy that BMW still applies today. In addition, the E21 combined compact dimensions with rear-wheel drive and outstanding handling, which made it an instant favourite among car enthusiasts around the world.
The BMW 320 was one of the more powerful versions within the E21 range and was known for its smooth performance, reliable engineering and refined driving experience. Today the E21 is regarded as a true classic, and interest among collectors and enthusiasts grows further every year.
