Beschreibung

Architecture and cardesign has never been so parallel as in the ‘60s, and this BMW 2000C is a perfect example of this. Just think of the modernist large (mostly) white villas with “fenetres en longueur” or panoramic windiws, of which these aesthetic characteristics undoubtedly can be recognized in the design of this BMW. The 2000C is part of the “New class” series that BMW launched after their financial crisis in the ‘60s, that brought BMW back on the map. Besides build quality and perfect finishing, this car was fitted with the iconic 'M10' 4-in-line engine that we also know from the iron cast BMW 2002, so it’s needless to say that this BMW 2000C is also very reliable.

This offered example from 1968 finds itselves in an unseen condition, from exterior to interior. This car has been perfectly repainted once and there is no single trace left of it, as well as the engine bay, trunk and interior are in absolute new condition. This BMW 2000C is, as it were, a time capsule that has preserved its originality and quality over the years. The 101 hp engine, which still features the original ignition, wiring, etc .. starts immediately and runs smoothly, while the gearbox also shifts soft and flawless. When stationary, the engine runs silently, which says everything about the quality of this BMW. This copy was also very classy configured: a Chamonix white body, which do the ‘60s design justice, in combination with a dark blue interior and wooden finishing. What a class!

This classy and very original BMW 2000C is now available at Rock ’N Roll Classics!
