Aston Martin marked its hundredth year in 2013 with a series of centenary specials celebrating a century of exquisite British craftsmanship, chief among them the Vanquish Centenary Edition. Limited to just 100 examples, the Vanquish Centenary Edition received a suite of exclusive Q by Aston Martin appointments, most strikingly the two-tone "graduated" finish blending Skyfall Silver into Meteorite Silver across the hood and trunk lid, plus solid sterling-silver exterior badging that frames hand-painted enamel logos. The 2+2, primarily carbon fiber cabin was trimmed in Deep Soft Black leather complemented by silver seatbelts and contrast stitching, silver Aston Martin wings embroidered into the headrests, and individually numbered sill plaques. The rare Vanquish was also heavily equipped with carbon ceramic brakes, a carbon fiber roof, and the 1000-watt Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 13-speaker audio system.

Aston Martin unveiled the Vanquish Centenary Edition on 15 January 2013, precisely 100 years to the day after the luxury grand touring titan was established. Appropriately, the unveiling took place at Henniker Mews, where the marque's story began with founders Robert Bamford and Lionel Martin back in 1913. This example, Centenary Edition number 001, was shown to the press and displayed alongside "Coal Scuttle"-Aston's first automotive creation. The car was subsequently showcased at the Geneva Motor Show that March among a majestic display of new Astons, and later at the Concours d'Elégance Suisse where it received an award and had its engine signed by former Aston Martin CEO Ulrich Bez.

Following these debut appearances, the Vanquish was delivered new via Aston Martin Geneva to its first owner in June 2013 according to its stamped service booklet. Meticulous annual services are recorded at the aforementioned dealer of origin through 2023, with the rare Aston recently receiving a comprehensive service in February 2026 from authorized Aston Martin service center B.I. Collection SG AG in Niederwil.

The first Aston Martin Vanquish Centenary Edition is offered today from long-term Swiss ownership, with 38,000 kilometers at cataloging. It is furnished with a trunk-mounted umbrella and its special Customer Presentation Box that includes two crystal glass keys, silver grade pen, silver cufflinks, and Bang & Olufsen headphones.
