Cette génération de Vanquish, la première, fût construite en seulement 2 578 exemplaires entre 2001 et 2007. Construite à la main dans l'usine historique de Newport Pagnell, elle est un jalon dans l'histoire d'Aston Martin avec un châssis tout en aluminium et en carbone. La carrosserie est intégralement façonnée à la main, ce qui ajoute de l'exclusivité à ce modèle moderne. De plus elle fût la première Aston Martin à proposer une boîte de vitesse séquentielle.

Authentique voiture de James Bond, la première génération de Vanquish sera en 2002 la star de "Meurs un autre Jour", le vingtième opus de la saga. Bardée de gadgets et prise dans une spectaculaire poursuite sur la glace finlandaise contre une jaguar XK-R, elle est la digne héritière de la DB5 de Goldfinger.

This first generation of Vanquish was built between 2001 and 2007 and only 2.578 models were produced. Handbuilt in the historical manufacture of Newport Pagnell, it marks another milestone in Aston Martin’s history with its full aluminium and carbon frame. The bodywork is totally handbuilt, which adds exclusivity to this modern car. In addition, it was the very first Aston Martin offering a sequential gearbox.

Authentic James Bond car, the first generation of the Vanquish appeared in 2002 as the movie star of « Die another day », the 20th opus of the series. Full of gadgets and taken in a spectacular high-speed chase with a Jaguar XK-R, the Vanquish becomes Goldfinger DB5’s true heir.

The model offered is in exceptional condition with only 20.400 kilometers from new.
