A 'PoW' is one of the most desired Aston Martins. Only 22 examples were ever produced, they benefitted from the more powerful engine and running gear of the X-Pack Vantage but aesthetically resembled the cleaner lines of the V8 Volante with the addition of wider wheel arches, a mesh grille and front chin spoiler.

This particular example was ordered by and delivered new to HRH Prince Michael of Kent. The colours of his choice were Burnham Green with a Fawn hood over Parchment Hide, the only 'PoW' finished in this colour combination. Special options included a sports exhaust, the removal of engine air pumps, installation of a car telephone to centre console in place of the ashtray, Blaupunkt radio/CD player, Immobiliser system, additional security switches to drivers knee roll and centre cubby box plus the President of RAC Club badge fitted to the rear bonnet panel.

The car has had very little use since being totally refurbished by Aston Martin Works and is still complete with its original handbooks including the service/warranty supplement, spare keys, tool roll, jack, warning triangle and a large history file which documents this fantastic cars history.
