Vantage V8
The second-generation Aston Martin Vantage was unveiled in 2017 and represented a major evolution of Aston Martin's compact sports car.
Developed as the more focused and sporting alternative to the DB11, it combined a lightweight bonded-aluminium structure with a front-mid-mounted 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 producing 510 PS and 685 Nm.
The V8 architecture originated from Aston Martin's technical partnership with Mercedes-AMG, but the engine installation, intake, exhaust and calibration were specifically developed for Aston Martin.
Power is transmitted exclusively to the rear wheels through a rear-mounted ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, giving the Vantage excellent weight distribution and a particularly agile character.
The model also introduced significant chassis technology for Aston Martin, including an electronic rear differential, Dynamic Torque Vectoring and adaptive dampers, together with dedicated Sport, Sport+ and Track driving modes.
From 2021, the Vantage became closely associated with Formula 1 when Aston Martin supplied an official Formula 1 Safety Car.
This subsequently inspired the more powerful factory Vantage F1 Edition. This particular car, however, is the standard 510 PS Vantage V8 and its F1 logos are purely decorative stickers rather than an indication that it is an F1 Edition.
This is particularly appealing thanks to its dark metallic exterior, extensive carbon-fibre detailing, black wheels and black Alcantara/leather interior contrasted by red stitching and red seat belts.
Its specification also combines genuine GT usability with heated, ventilated and electrically adjustable memory seats.
With 27 882 km, documented Aston Martin Monaco maintenance and its latest official service performed at 25 687 km in May 2026, it represents a well-specified and carefully maintained example.
