Aston Martin DB9 Volante

SUMMARY
This Aston Martin DB9 Volante is a superb modern grand tourer, blending timeless elegance with an effortlessly powerful and fantastically sounding V12 engine. A very nice combination of timelessly elegant and fantastically sounding Grand Tourer, may be one of the best looking cars of that era.
Having been kept in fine mechanical and cosmetic order, and finished in a unique but distinctive colour scheme, this would make for an eminently capable long-distance cruiser next to your daily SUV.

KEY FACTS
• A beautifully presented example of the DB9 Volante in a distinctive colour scheme, and with good service history.
• Under the bonnet is a 5.9-litre naturally aspirated V12, producing 450bhp and 570nm of torque, powering the rear wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission with the option to select manually.
• Originally delivered to Arizona, this DB9 has had only a few owners from new, and is now located in and registered in the Netherlands as an EU taxes-paid car.
• Even though US delivered, the car has EU-specifications (no side markers etc).
• It is offered with a recently replaced convertible roof and retrimmed leather interior.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
• The car is finished in a vibrant combination of Rothesay Red paint over a Chancellor Red and cream leather cabin, set against a silver grey centre console. The combination of outer and inner finish is unique; only a handful in this specs have left the factory.
• The black convertible roof features a matching cream lining.
• The original specification includes a surround-sound Linn audio system, satellite navigation, electrically operated seats and roof, wind deflector, electrically folding wing mirrors, front and rear parking sensors. The car also features a multi-function steering wheel and cruise control.
• There are no modifications.
• The service book and owner’s manual are included in the sale, as well as an Aston Martin umbrella, tyre sealant and compressor, and three keys with two remotes.

CONDITION
• The bodywork is in very good order, with no known previous damage.
• The paintwork presents very well and with a deep shine. There are a couple of minor marks to the lower section of the front bumper, and a few small stone chips across the front end of the car, commensurate with its age and mileage.
• The black convertible roof was replaced approximately two years ago and is in excellent condition.
• The red and cream leather interior is in excellent condition, with the seats having been re-trimmed around 10 months ago due to discolouration. They remain in superb order, though there is some modest wear on the steering wheel and other high contact points.
• There are no known mechanical or electrical faults.
• The last service is recently executed by Aston Martin Antwerpen in the fall of 2021. The car comes with MOT (Dutch: APK), valid 04-11-2023.

SERVICE HISTORY
• The most recent scheduled maintenance was in October 2021 with 51.029 miles, when Aston Martin Antwerpen carried out an inspection service.
• Prior to this, Aston Martin Valencia serviced the car in June 2019 at 39,729 miles, and in July 2018 at 34,892 miles, which was the seven-year maintenance service.
