The Aston Martin DB4 Series 2 offered here was delivered new in the United States of America in April 1960, in the color black and interior leather Connolly Reseda green. The condition with the specifications from the factory at the time of delivery is confirmed by a certificate from Aston Martin. In May 1992, the car was imported to Switzerland, where it was completely dismantled and the body completely restored 4 years later. The fully restored body and all parts were then left standing dry until 2005, whereupon the complete mechanicals such as engine, gearbox, differential, suspension, brakes etc. and the entire interior were also fully restored by 2008. All receipts and invoices as well as a comprehensive photo documentation of the total restoration are available as well as service and repair receipts since 1968 and even the original US title from 1960. This beautiful Aston Martin DB4 Series 2 is matching numbers and colors and is in breathtakingly perfect collector's condition. In our now well over 40 years in this business, we have rarely seen a 60s car that shifts as smoothly and moves as easily as this restored DB4 – a real pleasure!

Zeitlos elegant – der Aston Martin DB4, der eine bedeutende Rolle in der Geschichte von Aston Martin spielt. Durch seine Kombination aus Stil, Leistung und Handwerkskunst zählt er zu den begehrten Klassikern.

Der hier angebotene Aston Martin DB4 Serie 2 wurde im April 1960, in der Farbe Schwarz und Interieur Leder Connolly Resedagrün, in den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika neu ausgeliefert. Der Zustand mit den Spezifikationen ab Werk bei Auslieferung wird durch ein Zertifikat von Aston Martin bestätigt. Im Mai 1992 wurde das Auto in die Schweiz importiert und dort 4 Jahre später totalzerlegt und die Karosserie komplett restauriert. Die fertig restaurierte Karosserie und alle Teile sind dann bis ins Jahr 2005 trockengestanden, worauf bis 2008 die komplette Mechanik wie Motor, Getriebe, Differential, Aufhängungen, Bremsen usw. und das ganze Interieur ebenso vollrestauriert wurden. Alle Belege und Rechnungen sowie eine umfangreiche Fotodokumentation der Totalrestauration sind ebenso vorhanden wie auch Service- und Reparaturbelege ab 1968 und sogar der originale US-Title von 1960.
