Trade-in car. A very nice original 1974 Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV in the wonderful colour “Blu Olandese”. This 2000 GTV was imported straight from California and has never needed restoration. The Alfa is totally undamaged, even the engine bay and boot space have never been painted. All stickers applied by the factory are still present. The wings are also original. It is fantastic to see the original weld points on the sills and rear and front wings, a sure sign that no remedial work has ever been carried out. The odometer only stands at 91,092 miles. The engine runs and the car drives a short distance. As the car has stood still for a number of years we would advice a major service or engine rebuild. The 2000 GTV has American papers with all excise duties and other taxes already settled. In summary this car represents a great starting point for restoration and certainly should not be overlooked by someone looking for a potentially high-end restoration.
