This R7 on offer is the replica with the N.1, which formerly belonged to the French racing driver and President of Yamaha Motor France Jean-Claude Olivier.

The bike was built to celebrate Yamaha France's victory at the 64th Bol d'Or endurance race, with Jean-Marc Delétang, Fabien Foret and Mark Willis at the wheel. To celebrate this success, Yamaha produced a special series of the R7. The Bol d`Or was produced in an edition of 20 vehicles, all wearing the same colour scheme #17 as the former winning machine.

The motorbike is equipped with an Akrapovic titanium exhaust system, quick-release plates on the swingarm, an Ermax racing disc and special edition labelling on the frame. Most special edition models have a badge on the upper fork crown, but the Bol d'Or models have the edition number etched directly into the aluminium frame. The motorbike also has a long-distance tank with a larger capacity than the standard tank and two Zenith valves for faster refuelling.
As delivered, the R7 only produces 106 hp, but with the race kit, a new airbox, a new exhaust and a revised map, the power output has been increased to around 160 hp, which puts the slim 750 from Yamaha on a par with many 1000cc sports motorbikes.
