Founded by the American Carl A. Neracher in Syracuse New York in 1918, with a production base in the United Kingdom, thanks to a commercial agreement with Simplex Sheffield, its motorcycles immediately stood out for the decidedly daring solutions adopted such as a frame made of a lower metal side member in stamped sheet metal similar to that of a car and an indirect steering system with a ball joint placed in the center of the wheel hub, a system that remained the only one of its type until the arrival of the Yamaha GTS1000 in 1993._x000D_
Equipped with a single-cylinder vertical 2-stroke engine with a displacement of 285 cc with transmission with variable speed, these peculiarities make it truly unique and even the aesthetic level is absolutely not inferior so much so that the Ner-a-cars are often exhibited at many International Concours d'Elegance._x000D_
Restored, complete, in excellent condition. ASI registered._x000D_
A general check is recommended before use._x000D_
