Beschreibung

  • Designed by Lino Tonti and introduced in 1971, based on the V7 Roadster but lighter with a new frame and clip on bars
  • Was allegedly the fastest production bike of the time until the Kawasaki Z1 was launched in 1972
  • Sporty café racer looks and good performance made the V7 Sport a great success for Moto Guzzi with various celebrity owners including Mike Hailwood
  • This 1974 V7 Sport was built in December 1973 and was one of the last bikes imported into the USA, the last examples were produced with twin Brembo front brakes, the model eventually became the 850 Le Mans
  • This stunning matching numbers example has been sympathetically restored using all original parts, original Lafranconi "shark fin" exhausts have been re-chromed and the bodywork professionally repainted
  • A great usable 1970's Moto Guzzi superbike
  • UK-registered on a current V5C and in good running order
