The constant search for new market segments to contact led Innocenti to propose a new model in January 1953, decidedly economical, which would be offered at very competitive prices, called the Lambretta 125 F. Aesthetically it was very similar to the previous model E but with several improvements, among them the adoption of the pedal starter in place of the recoil starter. The engine rotates longitudinally to the frame with great rationalisation of the final drive; the suspension has been overhauled with particular attention to the rear reaction bar. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
