Beschreibung

This 1997 Ducati Supersport 400 was imported from Japan via United Kingdom in 2019 and was
the subject of detailed aesthetic work.

In the process, some improvements were applied, such as:

• carbon fiber front and rear fenders
• carbon fiber chain and drive pinion guard
• carbon fiber timing covers
• carbon fiber instrument cluster
• double oval section carbon fiber FAST BY FERRACCI exhaust system

All original parts have been kept and are delivered with the motorcycle.

Has new Dunlop Sportmax GPR-300 tires and complete overhaul with belt changes
done 1000kms ago.

Numbered motorcycle, with number 1845 out of only 2050, with only 22,800 km, original tool kit, user manual, workshop manual and duplicate key.

In excellent condition and with great valuation potential.

Ducati Supersport, also known as "SS", is a sports bike produced between
1991 and 1998. It uses a “lattice” frame, typical Ducati, in chrome molybdenum steel,
rear shock and inverted front suspension SHOWA, floating disc brakes
BREMBO and 349, 398, 583, 748 and 904 «L-Twin» 4-stroke engines
cubic centimeters.

The 400 version of Supersport, also known as «400SS Junior», was intended for
exclusive to the Japanese market, with only 2050 units produced between 1992 and
1998, all numbered by the Japanese importer «Murayama», in an exclusive «plaque»
carbon fiber that serves as the basis for registration.

The Supersport 400 engine is none other than the Supersport 750 engine,
jacketed to use pistons of smaller diameter thus reducing the displacement, and debited
43hp transmitted by a 5-speed gearbox.

The set weighed about 170kg and could easily reach 180km / h.
