Renowned for the sophistication of their motorcycles, DKW ("Das Klein Wunder", or La Petite Merveille) has also produced rustic and well thought out machines in its factories in Zschopau. Powered by a 350cc two-stroke single cylinder powered by a Bing carburetor, the NZ350 developed 11bhp at 4000 rpm. With a top speed of 100 km/h and a range of 350km, the NZ350 was renowned for its all-terrain capabilities, robustness and maneuverability. Produced in large quantities until the end of the War, this DKW NZ350 was recently restored by a Bavarian pre-war motorcycle specialist. This machine, which has withstood the ordeals of the Second World War, is today in a rare condition.
