The Società Anonima per Azioni called Aero-Caproni-Trento, founded in 1940 by Eng. Gianni Caproni di Taliedo, later becoming Aeromere S.p.A., with activities aimed at air transport and aeronautical construction, at the end of the war period, driven by the strong demand to motorize the nation, extended its purposes by extending the corporate purpose to mechanical constructions; in 1958 a model called Capriolo 75 was presented, equipped with a 4-stroke single-cylinder engine of 75 cc credited with a power of 4.5 HP and supported by a chassis with a cradle frame, tele-hydraulic fork and at the rear an oscillating fork with telescopic shock absorbers.
