With a first registration date from 25th March 1965, this BMW was a Swiss delivered example and was taken over by the vendor already in 1974. During the 59 years of its existence, the robust R60/2 was enthusiastically and frequently used as is reflected in a total mileage of 209’500 kilometres. To achieve this, the bike was thoroughly well maintained and partially repainted some years ago. In 2021 the seat including its seat bracket were replaced and around 300 kilometres ago the engine received a complete overhaul. As one of 7’998 bikes of the type built, the BMW is in good to very good condition with age correct signs of use and the last MOT was completed in April 2022.
