In the 1930s, the Bernardet make, with its production plant near Paris, was active in the production of sidecars but, at the end of 1948, the three brothers René, Robert and Roger began to think about converting their production to something more profitable, and their thoughts turned towards the scooter sector. The first model was called B49, equipped with a 125cc Ydral engine. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
